Jeff and Lauri worked diligently with us regarding the sales of our acreages. They worked with us on the comps and strategies. Their advice was invaluable and they also listened to our input. Jeff became very familiar with our properties so he could show them to other brokers and prospective buyers. He suggested that our last property would become more desirable if we thinned out some of the trees to open up the views. He introduced us to a logger who did the strategic tree removal which greatly enhanced the property. He managed the logger's activities from start to finish.
