Jeff became very familiar with our properties so he could show them to other brokers and prospective buyers. He suggested that our last property would become more desirable if we thinned out some of the trees to open up the views. He introduced us to a logger who did the strategic tree removal which greatly enhanced the property. He managed the logger's activities from start to finish. We bought the house without seeing it, but Jeff gave us a very detailed Facetime tour of the property, so there were no surprises when we actually saw the house.
